Meet The Team

Founding Partner Dianne Howard

Dianne Howard loves her work and takes her role in helping others quite seriously. This compassion, dedication, and determination contributed to making her a fast success in real estate as a Multi-Million-Dollar Member, and among the Top 1% of NRT throughout the country. Dianne has also been featured in top publications like The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, New York Post, New York Daily News, New York Magazine, The Hunt, Brokers Weekly, The Real and Mann Report.

Whether it be a multi-million-dollar townhouse or affordable housing in NYC, Dianne specializes in getting results for every type of client. She has extensive experience selling new developments, including the highly successful sell-out 152 East 118th Street in East Harlem which commanded record prices given the 2011 market climate; plus she's sold and rented townhouses, small buildings, co-ops, and condos as well all over Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.

Caring for people has always been a common factor driving Dianne throughout her career, whether helping first-time buyers find their dream homes or supporting breast cancer patients. She gets extreme gratification from being integral in someone's life in such a big way, especially when it comes to a life-changing decision and large financial investment like one's home.

A native New Yorker, Dianne earned dual degrees from Hunter College – a BA in Sociology and Psychology. For 13 years, she worked on Fifth Avenue as a breast surgical oncologist in the city, an experience that taught her how to handle clients with the utmost respect and care, and tend to their needs any time of day.

While she lived on the Upper East Side for many years, Dianne is now a contented resident with her family at The Kalahari in Harlem where she's also sold and rented over 40 apartments. She has been an investor personally in real estate since the age of 29 and is continuously up on the latest statistics and trends. Outside work and family, Dianne has been actively involved in the fight against breast cancer as a member of the Benefits Committee at Mt. Sinai Hospital. She presently is a mentor at Street Squash, a Harlem-based youth enrichment program, and a member of the 116th Street Block Association.
